Mandy is certified to teach BodyPump and she fills in teaching Spin on occasion. She instructs Thrive classes and is a certified ACE personal trainer.

Jenny enjoys teaching Water Cardio on Monday and Wednesday’s at 10:00 AM and the participants love her enthusiastic attitude and unique moves. Also, Jenny is a Group Exercise Instructor and teaches BODYPUMP™ and BODYCOMBAT. Come out and join her! You’ll get a workout you won’t regret!!
Carrie has been teaching Morning Motion at CWC since 2015. She enjoys helping the participants start their days off right. Come out and join Carrie every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 AM!
Roseanne will make you sweat during Water Cardio! Her moves are sure to keep you hopping and never bored. Roseanne teaches Water Cardio every Friday at 10:00 AM.
Beth has been teaching BODYPUMP™ since 2017. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Swim Lesson Instructor and CWC Tiger Shark and CCHS Swim Team Coach. Come join Beth, you’ll get a workout you won’t regret!
Tai Chi, Yoga
Tran has been teaching at CWC since we opened! Come join her in Tai Chi two days a week! Tran has two sons and enjoys reading, drawing, sewing, gardening, and traveling. She speaks Chinese, English, Vietnamese, and some French.
She‘s been teaching since 2005. She enjoys teaching spin because of the cardio rush and because it’s a class for all fitness levels.
Fran has been teaching The Sizzlers for many years and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
