Sculpt Sculpt – This class is for both men and women who want to redefine and challenge their muscles. Steps, dumbbells and stability balls used with power moves to “pump you up.”
Circuit Circuit – hi/low impact aerobics, step, stability ball, kickboxing, etc., all thrown into a great cardiorespiratory endurance class.
The Sizzlers The Sizzlers – A variety of cardio and strength, this class is designed to bring up your heart rate and not allow you one minute of boredom.
Tai Chi Tai Chi – Eastern inspired workout gently moving and stretching different parts of the body. Each move is designed to benefit specific organs and functions of the body.
Cross Training With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, Cross Fit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment. Morning Mix A variety of cardio experiences on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to get your blood flowing. Sometimes it might be spin, could be intervals, you never know. You’ll never be bored!
Gentle Yoga A yoga class designed for all fitness levels. Chairs will be used for those individuals who may have a difficult time getting on and off the floor.
Water Cardio An aquatic program designed to meet the needs of any fitness level. Enjoy the benefits of an intense cardio class without the stress of the joints. Tone your body with the resistance of the water. Meet new friends and join the party that is Water Cardio. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate.
Morning Motion This class is designed for individuals with mild to major joint discomfort. The purpose of this class is to help reduce pain and loss of motion cause by various joint diseases. Participates within your comfort zone, and let us help you find more comfort in your daily living.
Spin Indoor cycling to music that will pump you up and make your heart rate soar! This workout is adaptable to any fitness level – make it as easy or as hard as you please. Be ready to sweat!
Kickboxing Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.
