CrossTraining is a high-intensity class built around functional movements designed to boost your endurance, strength, and total-body fitness. Each workout is different, keeping things fresh and challenging by combining elements from a variety of disciplines—Olympic lifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, calisthenics, running, rowing, and more.
