With constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, Cross Fit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a hardcore yet accepting and encouraging environment. Cross Training is offered over 10 times per week at CWC-check out our schedule!
Gentle Yoga – A yoga class designed for all fitness levels. Chairs will be used for those individuals who may have a difficult time getting on and off the floor.
Water Cardio: An aquatic program designed to meet the needs of any fitness level. Enjoy the benefits of an intense cardio class without the stress of the joints. Tone your body with the resistance of the water. Meet new friends and join the party that is Water Cardio. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate.
Spin – Indoor cycling to music that will pump you up and make your heart rate soar! This workout is adaptable to any fitness level – make it as easy or as hard as you please. Be ready to sweat!
Cardio Kickboxing is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics usually done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense cross-training and total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing.
